Oh Come All Ye Faithful Christmas FM Fans - It's Back!

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas here at LIKECHARITY! As of today we’re officially in the run-up to Christmas. There are a few tell tale signs that Holidays are Comin’, the most exciting of which is definitely the re-emergence of Christmas FM. This year is LIKECHARITY’s first Christmas so we’re delighted to announce that we will be partnering with Christmas FM this Holiday Season.

Here at LIKECHARITY we know that the only thing better than Christmas cheer is Christmas cheer in the name of a good cause. For 2013 Christmas FM have partnered with Aware, an Irish based charity focused on raising funds and awareness to support those affected by or suffering with depression.

The LIKECHARITY platform can now ensure that 100% of each donation made to Christmas FM will go directly to Aware. This year listeners can text in to request their favourite Christmas tune and know that LIKECHARITY is sending their €2 donation directly to those who need it most, with no extra costs or charges.

Last Christmas, Christmas FM gave you their heart just over €115,000 raised through the station to charity. This year, with help from LIKECHARITY, they are determined to raise even more. Garvan Rigby, co-founder of Christmas FM stated "It is great to partner with LIKECHARITY this year, which means that 100% of the €2 text donations will go direct to our charity partner Aware this year. This gives us the chance to almost double the funds raised in previous years."

So starting this Thursday 28th November, whether you're Driving Home For Christmas or already Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, make sure you tune in, enjoy and most importantly donate to Christmas FM.
