Tv Production & Online Executive

Established in 2013, LIKECHARITY is an award winning technology platform. We provide innovative and effective fundraising and data analysis tools to connect charities to the people that really care about them. LIKECHARITY deliver specific solutions such as creative, direct response TV production and a Text-to-Donate platform, beginning by looking at the broader challenges and understanding existing donor engagement metrics. LIKECHARITY produce and distribute TV and Online ads for some of the largest charities in Ireland.

We are looking for a hard working creative person with excellent attention to detail to work in our busy office. This role entails all aspects of ad production including concept development, copywriting, production, and television distribution.  Applicants must be computer literate, with particular emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite (Mostly Premiere Pro and some Photoshop skills) and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs. We are looking for a social media wiz who can both create and run successful online marketing campaigns as well as keeping our own blog and social media profile up to date. Knowledge of CSS and HTML a real bonus.

The successful candidate will work closely with the account manager and product team, and report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include

  • Produce and manage online marketing campaigns for clients

  • Manage client relationships

  • Updating pitch decks and materials as well as pitch to clients in meetings

  • Copywriting for TV ads & creative storyboarding

  • Create rough cut of ads and oversee final editing

  • Manage all production of videos for TV, Online and other

  • Oversee/Write bi-weekly blog post and social media presence

  • Updating company website

Experience

Candidates will have experience in video and social media production. Some experience in dealing with clients and external staff is an asset. The most important thing is genuine interest in learning on the job! Enthusiasm, drive and great attention to detail are all essential.

Salary: 24k+ (per annum) depending on experience

12 WEEK SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

LIKECHARITY currently have a role for a business graduate who is excited about working in the sector. This internship will give you the opportunity to work with some of the biggest charities in Ireland. We need a self-starter who can work well as part of our team but can also use their own initiative. A 12 week internship but it may lead to longer term employment for the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities

  • Building a sales pipeline

  • Generate and qualify leads

  • Develop and maintain a customer database

  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients

  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

  • Participate in sales events

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

LIKECHARITY ARE SEEKING TWO INTERNS TO JOIN OUR DUBLIN TEAM!

We are based in a tech hub in the heart of the city centre. IDEAL START DATE JUNE 2016

 

8 to 10 WEEK BUSINESS/FINANCE INTERNSHIP

LIKECHARITY currently have a role for a business and finance graduate who is excited about working in the sector. This internship will give you the opportunity to work with some of the biggest charities in Ireland. We need a self-starter who can work well as part of our team but can also use their own initiative. This is a project based role initially, but may lead to longer term employment for the right candidate. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive the financial administration process - preparing financial statements, invoices, forecasts etc

  • Support the payment processing team

  • Assist with month-end financial reports

  • Assist with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation

  • Data entry

  • Product and business development opportunities.

 

Experience and skills

  • 3rd level qualification in accounting or business

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good knowledge of accountancy principles 

  • Excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills

8-10 WEEK SOCIAL MEDIA/ONLINE CONTENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a social media and content creating whizz to assist with our blog, facebook, twitter, linkedin and website content. The ideal candidate will inform our readers about all the great charity initiatives taking place, every week. You will celebrate the best campaigns and explain what makes them great. This is a leadership role for the right candidate with scope to create a full time position.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Social media & Online content management. Update and create new content for our blog and online profiles.

  • Research new communication techniques

  • Brainstorm on new video projects and assist on possible shots

  • Video Editing and studio recording assistance

  • Source music and arrange production logistics

 

Experience and Skills

  • Good content, writing and copywriting skills

  • Good knowledge of marketing principles with particular emphasis on digital marketing and social media

  • Excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills

  • A self-starter and flexible problem-solver
