LIKECHARITY are seeking a Client Communications Intern to join our Dublin team!
LIKECHARITY is an award winning agency that provides effective fundraising strategies and services to leading charities in Ireland, the UK and the United States. You will be working on our integrated mobile payments and marketing platform, that was responsible for the No Make Up Selfie and Ice Bucket Challenge campaigns. The platform, Collect, works with over 300 charities and has raised over €5 million.
This internship is full-time for six weeks, based in a tech hub in the heart of the city centre. This role is intended to develop into a permanent position within the company, no current students without full-time availability will be considered.
We are hiring a Client Communications Intern who will work with us to develop our Collect text-to-donate platform and overall communications strategies. The main focus of this role will be to manage and advise new and existing charity clients using the Collect platform. As Client Communications Intern you will assist in the furthering and maintenance of the company’s image and standing, in both the professional and public spheres.
Respond to queries from members of the public and potential clients
Guide new clients through the registration process
Manage accounts and new campaigns for existing clients
Create regular blog posts
Create social media content
Manage social media accounts
Assist in website maintenance
Your Skills and Experience:
Experience in customer service
High level administration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of communications channels and social media
Experience in fundraising an advantage
Blog writing experience an advantage
Experience in website administration an advantage
