LIKECHARITY is looking for a Account Manager to join our Dublin team!
LIKECHARITY is an award winning agency that provides effective fundraising strategies and services to leading charities in Ireland, the UK and the United States. LIKECHARITY was the service provider behind the No Make Up Selfie and Ice Bucket Challenge campaigns in 2015.
As the new Account Manager, you will work alongside our Dublin team and partners in this hands-on and client facing role.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, international colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations will be the main premise of this role. This vital role also involves driving the growth and stability of the Irish client account portfolio and assistance in client marketing consultancy.
- Create and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Manage agency partners, most notably telemarketing, TV media and digital media.
Create project plans in conjunction with other internal departments, partners and client needs
Co-ordinate the execution of campaigns and projects
Evaluate and analyse campaigns on a daily basis to ensure optimum efficiency and results
Communicate daily with the LIKECHARITY team to ensure all aspects of campaigns are cohesive and optimised
Manage client accounts
Ensure reporting is carried out on your assigned accounts on an ongoing basis
Your Skills, Experience and Personality:
Either an experienced Account Executive or Account Manager looking for a new opportunity – minimum 1 year’s experience
Knowledge of/experience with marketing functions, communications strategies, and varied communication channels
Experience in telemarketing
Non-profit fundraising experience an advantage
Ability to multi-task, manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work well individually and as part of a close-knit team
Time management and organisation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
The successful applicant will be based in our Dublin headquarters, which operate as part of a tech hub on South William Street.
€26k base salary with incremental increases in line with achievable sales targets.
