We created this LIKECHARITY mobile programs Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to give you confidence as you use the Service, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Policy is only applicable to the Service and to transactions where your personally identifiable information is collected by us, and does not apply to any services that may be offered by our business partners, where anyone other than LIKECHARITY is collecting your personally identifiable information. The Service may provide you with access to third-party services, websites or mobile clubs with data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from ours, and we are not responsible for (nor are we making any assurances regarding) those practices and policies. 1.2. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN

PLEASE NOTE: The Service is intended solely for users who are thirteen 13 years of age or older. None of our content is specifically directed at children under 13 years of age. Any use of or access to the Service by anyone under 13 is unauthorized and in violation of the Service's Terms of Use. Because we understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children's privacy online, if we learn or have reason to suspect that a Service user is under age 13, we will promptly close that account and delete any personal information that might have been stored in connection with that user's account.

2.1. WHAT REGISTRATION INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In order to access the Service, you must complete our registration and account creation process from your mobile phone, and as part of the account creation process we will obtain your contact and billing information, and we may require information about your mobile phone carrier and account. We use this information to establish and authenticate user accounts, to facilitate product and service offerings and purchases through the Service, and to send messages, information and notices to you about the Service and about items that you are interested in.

2.2. WHAT OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In addition, we may use websites that we own or the websites of our business partners to provide registration forms, bulletin boards, comment forms, online surveys, and other online forms that ask users to provide their names, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers and other contact information, as well as information related to the subject matter of the activities requiring registration, the surveys or the other online forms. You are not required to participate in or respond to any of these online forms, and so you must decide whether or not to disclose this information. If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any online chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as personal information.

3. USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

3.1. WHAT DO WE DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION

(a) PERSONAL INFORMATION. You always have the option not to provide us with any personal information, but if you elect not to provide us with any personal information, then you will not be able to use the Service. If you do register for the Service and provide us with (or otherwise permit us to access) your personal information, then we will use that information to provide you with access to the Service, to confirm your identity, for billing and administrative purposes, for internal operational purposes, to contact you to follow up on transactions initiated through the Service, to inform you of any changes to the Service, or to send you additional information about us. We will also use that information as necessary to comply with the law, and as follows:

(1) We may share demographic data (such as zip codes, user ages and income information) with advertisers and other third parties, but would do so only on an aggregate (i.e., non-personally-identifiable) basis; and(2) We may share contact information (such as names, mailing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers) with other companies who may want to send you information about their products or services.

(b) ANONYMOUS INFORMATION. We use anonymous information to analyze Service usage, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.

(c) DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. In addition to disclosures described above, we may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or our parent company, subsidiaries or affiliates, (2) protect and defend our rights or property or the rights or property or users of the Service, or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or users of the Service.

(d) SALE OF INFORMATION. In order to accommodate changes in our business, we may sell our company or portions of our company or sell or buy portions other companies or assets, including the information collected through the Service. If LIKECHARITY mobile services or substantially all of our assets relating to LIKECHARITY mobile services are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred to the acquirer.

(e) ACCESS TO INFORMATION. You can terminate your Service account at any time, which will remove all information about you from our database. Unfortunately, we do not otherwise have in place any procedures for you to review or request changes to the information that we collect or maintain on file about you. In order to cancel your subscription and terminate your Service account, you can text STOP ALL to the short code with which you are registered at any time, or contact us by phone or email using the contact information provided in Section 1.1 above.

4. SECURITY

LIKECHARITY and the Service have security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, or alteration, and we and our owners, partners and affiliates will have no liability to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration.

5. WEBSITE AREAS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

5.1. PUBLIC FORUMS

Our website and other sites accessible from our website may include interactive forums such as message boards, comment areas and chat rooms. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information, and please exercise caution when using any of these public forums to disclose your personal information. We have no control over the use of any personal information disclosed in a public forum, and you are solely responsible for the effects of any such disclosure.

5.2. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.
